Yes, yes! The seventh installment of Punk As Folk featuring the best in folk inspired punk music and punk inspired folk music. This is an all Northwest edition and most of the performers have known each other for years so sure to be a good time.

The Bad Things return this year backing folk-punk legend Danbert Nobacon and playing their patented "junkyard cabaret." Danbert will also act as MC and be playing songs between acts throughout the night. Bad Things brother/sister band Bakelite 78 play Punk As Folk for the first time and we're glad to have their rag-folk-blues added to the mix. Be sure to pick up their latest EP "Five Hits from Heck" (catch that Misfits reference?). Tsunami Piñata play Punk As Folk for the first time and they'll be putting together a special folk punk set just for the night. Accordionist Luz Gaxiola is a beloved busker around town who Seattlites are sure to recognize. Ghost Teeth are also from Seattle and a great find. Melancholy, goofy, acoustic and chock full of DIY punk rock attitude. Glad to have them on board and get there early to check them out. Opening the night will be StrangeMoonShine, a dear old friend of The Bad Things sharing an acoustic set of her drunken cabaret-tinged ditties, that carry on the Seattle tradition of sad, dark and twisted old-time music played by punks in the rain.

This might be my favorite lineup yet! This is usually a packed show so get there early and stay all night. You won't be sorry.
