Through snapshots of love, loss, and self-discovery, hope this helps: a new song cycle traces the quiet tension between what we feel and what we understand. Set against a backdrop of modern life, the piece moves from vulnerability to self-possession, asking what it really means to make peace with our messes.
The show’s premiere in April received uproarious praise: “New Musical Theatre is alive and well in Seattle… this music is fantastic” and “captivating lyrics, unabashed and potent”. Featuring 6 of Seattle's up-and-coming musical theatre performers and a stellar band; hope this helps is excited to bring this piece to The Royal Room!
