Prepare for an electrifying evening of rhythm, passion, and global sound as DESEO CARMIN, Seattle‑based award‑winning Latin Jazz–Funk–Flamenco fusion band, brings its high‑octane performance to the stage. Known for their fiery musicianship, theatrical flair, and genre‑bending sound—often described as “Spanish music with an edge”—the band promises an unforgettable night of music and dance.
Led by Stella Rossi, Paraguayan‑born vocalist, dancer, composer, and multi‑instrumentalist, DESEO CARMIN delivers a powerhouse performance blending virtuosic guitar work, driving bass lines, dynamic percussion, and passionate flamenco dance. Rossi is joined by core ensemble members Andrei Stomma on flamenco and electric guitar and Camilo Estrada on bass guitar.
The evening will also feature an outstanding lineup of special guest artists, including Rafael Tranquilino, award‑winning blues guitarist; Bill Ray, legendary drummer; Alessandro Scott on bass guitar; and additional surprise guest performers—adding fresh sparks of spontaneity to an already explosive experience.
DESEO CARMIN has captivated audiences at major venues including Benaroya Hall, McCaw Hall, The Broadway Center for the Performing Arts, and The Triple Door, and has been featured in Seattle’s Out to Lunch concert series and the Seattle Latino Film Festival Opening Gala. Their work has appeared on NBC’s KING 5, KCTS9, Seattle Channel’s Art Zone, as well as international television in Paraguay and Chile.
