Seating for non-diners is first come, first served. Please arrive early to guarantee a seat! The Royal Room is All Ages until 10pm.
Primarily self-taught saxophonist, performer and educator Adam Chmaj has been working in music since he was a young teen. In completing his Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance circa 2022, he returned to his home base of Seattle to begin his career as a freelance musician and private teacher. Applying his years as both a performer and educator, Adam is continuing to develop his sound and approach to music with his own group, headlining Boxley's Jazz Club in North Bend, along with the house band in multiple jam sessions. His artistic qualities–including his big, joyous tone, reminiscent of traditionalists such as Coleman Hawkins.
The Adam Chmaj Quartet will be performing a mix of American Songbook Standards and originals that he has written. Adam Chmaj's tunes are not only full of stories based on his experience as a full time musician. But also are written for the people that have made his life in the music world possible.
