Q: When and where is the event?

The 2025 Snohomish Block Party at the Airfield takes place on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM at Harvey Airfield, 10530 Airport Way, Snohomish, WA 98296.

 

Q: Do I need a ticket to attend?

Yes, all attendees aged 18 and over need a ticket to attend. Kids 17 and under are FREE and do not need a ticket. We strongly encourage purchasing your ticket online in advance, as it will make the entry and parking process faster and more streamlined for everyone.

Please make sure your tickets are pulled up and ready to scan - either printed on paper or displayed on your phone - before entering event parking to help keep the line moving smoothly.

 

Q: What’s included in VIP tickets?

• Premium seating in the VIP Lounge (close to the stage)
• 2 drink tickets

Your VIP wristband acts as your drink tickets. Each time you redeem a drink, your wristband will be marked to track your included beverages.

 

Q: What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

The Snohomish Block Party at the Airfield is a rain or shine event. All performances and activities are scheduled to proceed as planned regardless of weather conditions, except in the case of extreme or dangerous circumstances as determined by event organizers and local authorities.

Please come prepared for changing weather—this is the Pacific Northwest! Umbrellas, ponchos, and appropriate footwear are recommended.

Tickets are non-refundable due to weather. If the event is paused or delayed due to safety concerns, announcements will be made on-site and via official event communication channels.

 

Q: Will there be food and drinks?

Absolutely! Expect a delicious variety of local food trucks, desserts, and a beer & beverage garden for guests 21+.

 

Q: Can I bring my own food or drinks?

Yes — non-alcoholic beverages and snacks are allowed. No glass containers. No outside alcohol. Sealed non-alcoholic drink containers and empty water bottles are allowed and can be refilled at our hydration station. Coolers and bags will be searched at entrance.

 

Q: What payment methods are accepted at the Block Party?

The event is mostly cashless. Credit/debit and mobile pay are the only methods accepted for tickets, in the beer garden and at the Block Party merch booth. Vendors and food trucks may accept credit/debit, mobile pay, and cash. Please plan accordingly!

 

Q: I can’t find my ticket confirmation—where can I look it up?

Q: Is this a family-friendly event?

Yes, there’s something for everyone at the Snohomish Block Party at the Airfield. We’ve added a Kid Zone with fun vendors and activities designed just for kids, so bring the whole family! For the grown-ups, our 21+ crowd can enjoy the beer garden and live music all day long.

 

Q: Where can I park?

Parking is available on-site at the field and is no extra charge (included in ticket price). 

VIP tickets include designated VIP parking, nearest the event entrances. Each vehicle only needs one VIP ticket holder present to access the VIP parking area. No need for every passenger to have a VIP ticket.

All parking is first-come, first-served. We encourage carpooling if possible.

As guests arrive, they’ll show their tickets to a ticketing volunteer, then be directed to their parking spot by a parking attendant to help keep things organized and efficient.

ADA-accessible parking will be available near the entrance for vehicles with valid ADA placards or plates. Just let the ticketing volunteer know upon arrival, and they’ll direct you to the appropriate area.

 

Q: Can I bring chairs or blankets?

Absolutely! Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome and encouraged so you can relax and enjoy the day in comfort. We just ask that you avoid placing them directly in front of the stage and leave room for standing and dancing, so everyone can enjoy the performances. If we see that you’ve placed them directly in front of the stage you’ll be asked to move.

VIP ticket holders will have a premium viewing area with provided seating in the VIP Lounge, which is a part of the beer garden (21+).

 

Q: Are pets allowed?

For the safety and comfort of all guests, and due to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines, pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service animals.

 

Q: Can I smoke at the events?

No. These are smoke-free events. No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use allowed on-site.

 

Q: What is not allowed at the event?

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, the following items are not permitted:

• Drugs or illegal substances
• Weapons of any kind
• Outside alcohol
• Pop-up tents or large umbrellas
• Drones or remote-controlled devices
• Pets (except registered service animals)
